Aspire is partnered with a thriving Global Media Agency that has seen incredible success and is looking to increase their headcount in their Los Angeles office. They are in search of a Media Planner who will help strategize media plans for one of their biggest Beauty clients.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze information across various digital media channels, considering factors such as consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends, and the impact of different methods.
• Cultivate client-facing relationship and servicing skills, enhancing efficient deployment to our partners and clients.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the media planning process to support Media Planner and Supervisor across diverse client deliverables.
• Develop briefs, frameworks, client reports, and essential agency documentation under the guidance of senior staff.

What You'll Ideally Have:

• 3-4 years of experience, preferably at an agency.
• Problem solving mindset, understand client requirements and identify client challenges.
• Experience planning digital media for clients within Beauty or Health care.
• Proven capability to strategically analyze intricate issues and formulate recommendations and action plans.
• Understanding of the media buying process and campaign evaluation metrics.
