Position: Event Marketing Manager

Company: Global Tradeshow Organizer

Compensation: $75k-$80k Base Salary

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Aspire is partnering with a global events company that organizes conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows across various industries and sectors including energy and technology. The company hosts events worldwide, bringing together professionals, experts, and stakeholders to discuss and explore the latest trends, innovations, and challenges within their respective fields.

In addition to executing email and social media marketing campaigns, the Event Marketing Manager must be confident in handling data and have extensive experience using excel. They will need to provide demonstrable ability to handle multiple projects at once, and work across multiple teams to help ensure key deliverables and targets are met. They must be able to report back on campaign successes and failures, adapting future messaging based on these results.

The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining marketing plans per event
• Managing the event marketing budget
• Creating compelling copy that aligns with each brand
• Ensuring each event has a website, building and maintaining via a templated tool
• Developing event's branding and message
• Setting up email campaigns and selecting appropriate campaign data
• Developing and fulfilling social media campaigns - organic and paid
• Creating banners and adverts as required
• Organizing event brochures and marketing content pieces
• Driving delegate acquisition and engagement plans
• Onsite support - social media efforts, working with press, photographer
• Developing media partnerships
• Monitoring and reporting on analytics from websites, email etc.

The Event Marketing Manager will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in event or media marketing

• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Proficiency with digital, email, and social media marketing.
