Compensation: $100k - $115k Base Salary + Bonus

Aspire is partnering with one of the largest global event organizations specializing in the clean energy industry. We are recruiting a Deputy Director of Event Registration who will be responsible for overseeing all registration aspects of the company's flagship tradeshow as well as their portfolio of regional events. This role involves effectively leading complex projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring the execution of exceptional events in a cost-efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of event registration processes, including online registration platforms, onsite registration procedures, and attendee data management systems.
• Lead team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high performance and adherence to organizational standards.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Trade Show Operations to develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline registration processes, enhance attendee experience, and improve data accuracy.
• Stay abreast of advancements in registration technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance registration systems and workflows.
• Stay up to date with registration revenue for current events and registration vendor expenses and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Utilize registration data to generate insights, track key performance indicators, and produce reports to inform decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of registration strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least eight years' event experience required. Proven experience in event registration management.
• Strong understanding of registration systems, online platforms, and data management tools. Experience working with multiple event registration platforms and integrating registration systems with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for handling sensitive attendee information securely.
• Accomplished problem solver and negotiator with superior analytical skills. Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to express information in both written and oral context with internal customers, attendees, team members, and vendors.
