Position: Head of Marketing

Company: Information Services Media Specialist

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Aspire is partnering with a leading media specialist empowering professional communities across a variety of industries, including Financial Services. Their services include research and insights, benchmarking data, and digital subscriptions and events. The Head of Marketing will lead the subscription and event marketing teams to engage, convert, and retain audiences in several communities and execute across all information services offerings with creativity and technical expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understanding our brands and developing audience segments to inform strategies that expand our existing reach, setting KPIs and developing acquisition models.
• Establish a unified marketing strategy across all information services (subscriptions and events) based on audience data and insights.
• Launch new innovations, products and features that deepen the value proposition of our information services offerings.
• Identify new audience acquisition strategies across our content platform.
• Manage subscriptions and event marketing teams to execute plans and support cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage the in-house media team to ensure effective campaign planning and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the creative development process and deliver high-performance campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of digital subscriptions and event marketing experience.
• Proven experience developing brand and data-focused strategies to drive acquisition, audience growth, and retention.
• Understanding of segmentation and experience developing relevant messaging for target audiences.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and lead/fulfillment processes in a B2B environment.
• Results-oriented individual with a leadership mentality.
• Passion for customer experience and the ability to see things from their perspective.
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
