About the role

As Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity, creative strategy, and overall brand experience for one of the leading AI conferences in the world. You will lead the overall direction and strategy to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas that captivate their target audience.

**CONFERENCE OR TRADESHOW DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!**

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive creative vision that aligns with the organization's brand identity and objectives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate innovative concepts and strategies for event branding, visual design, content creation, and attendee engagement.
• Oversee and contribute to the creation and execution of compelling visual assets, including but not limited to event logos, promotional materials, website design, signage, stage backdrops, digital presentations, and multimedia content.
• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all creative elements, maintaining brand standards and guidelines throughout the event lifecycle.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and technology, to integrate creative solutions into broader strategic initiatives and deliver a seamless end-to-end event experience.

Skills/Competencies:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in creative direction, brand strategy, or related roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in event design, experiential marketing, and/or brand development.
• Expertise in graphic design, typography, visual storytelling, and digital media, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and audience engagement strategies, particularly within the technology or AI industry.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a startup environment where ambiguity and change are constant.
