This profitable, scaling art e-commerce brand has strong acquisition, sharp creative and real product demand. Now they're focused on turning retention into a serious, structured growth channel.
They're hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to strengthen the current strategy and implement best-in-class fundamentals - while staying hands-on in execution.
This isn't a role where you'll just "press send."
And it's not so senior that you're removed from the platform.
They want someone who can think commercially about lifecycle, segmentation and repeat revenue - but is equally comfortable building campaigns, optimising flows and analysing performance.
Email & SMS campaigns across launches, drops and key trading moments
Automated lifecycle journeys to improve repeat purchase and LTV
Segmentation strategy and targeted customer communications
Structured A/B testing across campaigns and flows
Revenue reporting and performance optimisation
CRM hygiene, list health and on-site sign-up journeys
They will consider candidates who have used Klaviyo or Ometria at any point in their career.
✔ Commercial mindset - focused on revenue contribution
✔ Comfortable working to a trading calendar and deadlines
✔ Confident collaborating with paid, growth and merchandising teams
✔ Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly
✔ Senior enough to shape the roadmap, hands-on enough to execute it
Salary up to £65,000.
3 days per week in the London office.
