As a disruptor in the space, this brand has seen significant growth over the last year and are now looking to add to their team with several hires. The Delegate Acquisition Manager will have 3+ years' experience selling audience development and delegate packages into the events space and have experience working in a fast paced environment.

The Delegate Acquisition Manager will be responsible for:

• Selling across multiple event portfolios
• Researching to find new event attendees and reaching out to past attendees to sell attendance packages
• Monitoring sales data and trends to identify group sales opportunities
• Managing all aspects of the delegate acquisition sales process including pipeline management, notes, and updating account records
• Develop an acute understanding and general awareness of the key industries in which this person will be selling into

The Delegate Acquisition Manager will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales quotas
• A quick learner with intellectual curiosity and the ability to research and understand different industries and trends
• Ability to multitask and keep accurate records through a CRM
• A go‐getter with the ability to work in an autonomous environment
