Salary: $100,000-$115,000 base
Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary

They provide macroeconomic forecasting, political risk analysis, country intelligence, and advisory services to senior decision-makers across financial services, multinational corporations, government entities, consulting firms, and professional services organisations across more than 200 countries.
Their solutions help leaders act with confidence when making high-stakes strategic decisions. This is a consultative, credibility-led sales environment focused on long-term enterprise partnerships.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manage, high-energy Business Development Manager (Enterprise) based in New York to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across France and South Africa.
This is a true hunter role suited to someone who thrives on outbound activity, high dial volume, face-to-face engagement, and owning the full sales cycle. Contracts are high-value and strategic, often involving enterprise-level stakeholders and complex buying processes.
Candidates may currently hold the title Account Executive or Business Development Manager.
Drive net new enterprise business within a defined international territory
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Build pipeline through high-volume outbound calling and strategic outreach
Conduct consultative discovery to identify client challenges
Engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite, strategy, risk leaders)
Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline progression
Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal research and support teams
Continuously develop market, geopolitical, and product knowledge
1-3+ years' experience as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager
Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience
Proven success in closing net new business
Track record of hitting revenue numbers (absolute performance preferred over % attainment)
High-energy, socially confident and vibrant personality
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to simplify complex, data-heavy solutions
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Industry background is flexible - strong sales ability and a hunter mindset are key.
This is not a high-volume subscription sale. Selling involves:
Longer sales cycles
Fewer but higher-value enterprise contracts
Consultative, insight-led conversations
Strategic stakeholder management
Selling confidence, foresight, and risk mitigation
Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000
Bonus: Up to 50% of base salary
