Event Marketing Associate.

Position: Marketing Associate

Company: Conference Organizer

Compensation: $65k-$75k Base Salary + Bonus

Location: (Fully Remote - US)

Aspire is partnering with one of the country's fastest-growing event organizers. They host two annual business conferences in Las Vegas and have had significant growth since they were founded in 2018. You will be responsible for creating marketing materials that align with the brand and inspire all members of the community to continually engage with the company's events and media. This role would require you to produce creative assets and manage a wide range of marketing projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' previous marketing experience.
• Demonstrated copywriting skills for websites, email, and social media.
• A well-rounded toolkit of marketing skills including copywriting, design, website development, digital ads platforms (including Google & Facebook), social media marketing, & data skills (in Microsoft Office).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated to work remotely, efficient time management, and ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Docs and comfortable learning/using new software & technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Travel as required for events and planning meetings.
• Preferred: Previous experience at a startup and/or an event organizer.
