New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office)

Aspire is partnering with one of the leading platforms bringing together the entire health ecosystem, focused on health innovation and transformation. From unparalleled events with industry-leading speakers to inspirational digital content, our client creates a unique marketplace for the healthcare community leading the dialogue and development of a new health ecosystem.

The Event Marketing Director will help drive brand, content, and communication activities. This person will be responsible for managing campaign creation across multiple channels, optimizing audience segmentation, and accelerating audience acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop/expand the marketing campaign strategy to drive audiences for a series of in-person events.
• Coordinate and execute email campaigns, including email design, copywriting, audience lists, and performance reporting.
• Grow targeted audiences through demand generation, content marketing, lead scoring, and nurture campaigns.
• Support content marketing strategy, including developing and promoting blogs, gated reports, podcasts, and webinars.
• Manage/expand audience tracking efforts, analyze web traffic, and optimize new/existing content for tracking purposes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7+ years' marketing experience in the events space.
• Comfortable developing detailed project plans and speaking with executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience creating copy - delivering message continuity through end-to-end storytelling.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and balancing parallel deadlines.
• Experience with email service provider (ESP) software.
• Experience with content management software (CMS).
• Excellent personal communications skills, verbal and written required.
• Comfortable presenting publicly and speaking in front of senior professionals.
