Do you enjoy creating impactful events and managing all the moving parts? We're looking for an Events Executive to join our events team and help deliver a variety of virtual and in-person events across professional communities.

Think webinars, awards, workshops, dinners… and conferences with up to 200,000 delegates!

What You'll Be Doing:
✨ Managing 50+ events a year from start to finish
✨ Organising venues and coordinating on-site logistics
✨ Liaising with speakers and handling delegate bookings
✨ Delivering virtual events on Zoom / Zoom Events
✨ Working with marketing and sponsorship teams
✨ Supporting event budgeting and reporting

Who We're Looking For:
✅ Around 2 years' experience in events (professional services or similar preferred)
✅ Comfortable with both virtual and in-person events
✅ Skilled in Zoom, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
✅ Conscientious, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
✅ Strong communication skills and relationship builder

Bonus if you've drafted conference programmes or worked with professional associations.
