Investor Relations Manager.

Our client, a digital marketing agency is seeking a strategic, polished Investment Relations Manager to serve as a key link between the principals, the company's investment portfolio and external partners. This role combines investment relations, sourcing, and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

Investment Relations & PR

• Act as the day-to-day liaison for family principals.
• Produce quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports across private markets.
• Build presentations, memos, and dashboards for meetings and IC reviews.
• Translate complex investment data into clear insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external managers to ensure reporting accuracy and smooth capital flows.

Communications & Partnerships

• Manage the firm's LinkedIn and digital presence.
• Prepare executive briefings and support PR initiatives (press releases, thought leadership, newsletters).
• Assist with events, webinars, and external engagements.
• Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging.
• Build and maintain networks across family offices, PE/VC, banks, and strategic partners.
• Screen and prioritize fund, co-invest, and direct investment opportunities.
• Provide market insights and relationship management support.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Investment Banking, PE/VC, PR, or Institutional Asset Management.
• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Strong exposure to private markets.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent Communicator
