We are working with a prominent Saudi family seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live-In Personal Assistant to join their household in Riyadh. As a Live-In Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the family's day-to-day affairs. You will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, managing diaries and schedules, liaising with house staff, and handling ad hoc tasks as needed. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the willingness to travel with the family as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas for family members and accompanying staff.
- Scheduling: Manage and organise calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all commitments are met efficiently.
- Diary Management: Maintain up-to-date diaries for family members, ensuring timely reminders and coordination of activities.
- Household Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for all household staff, overseeing their schedules, and duties, and ensuring seamless communication within the household.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks such as organising documents, managing expenses, arranging family events, and running errands as required.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and family matters.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to changing priorities and schedules, ready to assist with unexpected tasks or travel requirements at short notice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within a high-profile household or corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels. French is preferable but not necessary.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and dealing with confidential matters.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel with the family as required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for administrative tasks and scheduling.
