Aspire is working with an exciting DTC brand that is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a high-performing team and help with the continued evolution of their ecommerce offering.

The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing e-commerce strategy: Driving sales, improving conversion, and enhancing customer experience.
- Optimizing e-commerce website: Leading initiatives for user experience, navigation, and mobile optimization.
- Implementing Conversion Rate Optimization: Using A/B testing, user feedback, and data to improve website performance.
- Championing customer experience: Ensuring an intuitive shopping journey and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Leveraging data analytics: Using data to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

The Product Manager will have the following experience:
- Working or have worked for a hypergrowth DTC brand, not just an ecommerce brand.
- 5+ years in e-commerce, product management, or related roles, especially in CPG or retail.
- Ownership of performance creative channels. (YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram).
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle to ensure alignment across each phase.
- Proficient in operating and scaling platforms like Adobe Commerce or Magento.
- Proven ability to drive growth and optimize conversion rates in e-commerce environments.
