Known for pushing boundaries in event design, brand activations, and experiential marketing, our client delivers unforgettable experiences for some of the world's top brands, across the GCC, Europe, the US, and the UK.

We're searching for a Project Manager with a proven background in exhibitions and events to join their team.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end project management for exhibitions and events, from concept through to flawless delivery

• Manage all required approvals, permits, and regulatory documentation across Dubai and the wider UAE

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Act as the go-to contact for internal teams, vendors, clients, and contractors

• Supervise on-site logistics, installations, and ensure seamless operational execution

• Lead and mentor junior team members, creating a high-performance environment

• Conduct regular reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance to senior stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years' experience in exhibitions, events, or brand activations within the UAE

• Hands-on experience managing project approvals and documentation

• A strong grasp of budget management, supplier coordination, and compliance processes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with event logistics, municipal approvals, and venue coordination

• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) and MS Office Suite
