Aspire is partnering with a Business Intelligence Platform provider, providing Data and Intelligence into a rapidly growing sector which is experience huge investment and interest. As a result of significant investment and business performance they are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their US team. This role is for an Individual Contributor. The business is looking for someone with a network and experience selling into the Investment Community.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of intellectual curiosity, a hunger for success, and the ability to manage time effectively. With a strong interest in being part of a rapidly expanding company, you will demonstrate gravitas and mental agility when presenting sophisticated solutions.
The Account Executive will be responsible for
- Identify and engage prospective clients across a range of sectors, including infrastructure operators, technology providers, advisory firms, and investment entities
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term collaboration
- Present and demonstrate research-based products, reports, and subscription services clearly and persuasively
- Collaborate with internal marketing and research teams to align sales initiatives with current market insights
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and business development activities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver timely sales reports and forecasts
The Account Executive will have the following experience:
- A network and previous experience selling to the investment community, including but not exclusive to Institutional Investors, PE Firms, VC Firms, Asset Managers, and Hedge Funds
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably selling market research, consulting, business intelligence, or investment data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing opportunities
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams
- Background in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
