We're looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join a client growing quickly in the UK and US. They help businesses reach the right customers using data, insights, and multi-channel marketing - smarter campaigns, better understanding, measurable results. 📊💡
What you'll do:
✨ Create onboarding & training programs to increase the effectiveness of new sales colleagues
✨ Curate, improve & organise sales materials and proposals
✨ Simplify complex messaging so it's clear and compelling for customers
✨ Support sales leadership on high-value opportunities with clear presentations
✨ Work with Marketing, Product & regional teams to keep content up-to-date
✨ Ensure international teams (EMEA, US, APAC) have the tools and templates they need
You'll need:
✅ 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, Account Management, or similar (B2B media/SaaS preferred)
✅ Experience creating enablement content & training programs
✅ Excellent communication - written & verbal
✅ Strong organisational skills - managing multiple projects at once
✅ Comfortable using data to track performance & improve processes
✅ Cooperative, proactive, and able to influence cross-functional teams
