A leading international premium food and protein business is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Middle East to lead and accelerate commercial growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

This role is accountable for building and strengthening the company's sales presence across the region, partnering with existing distributors, identifying and onboarding new partners, and driving sustainable business growth through clearly defined joint business plans. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role plays a critical part in shaping regional strategy, optimising sales and distribution outcomes, and delivering against agreed revenue and volume targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial strategy and execution across key Middle Eastern markets
  • Develop, manage, and deliver regional market plans aligned with broader commercial objectives
  • Build strong distributor partnerships through joint business planning and performance reviews
  • Drive new business development with distributors, chefs, retailers, and key accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply, logistics, and customer service teams
  • Optimise inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer service outcomes
  • Lead and develop regional sales capability, including direct management of one team member
  • Provide regular market insights, performance updates, and risk assessments to senior leadership

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in sales, new business development, and strategic selling
  • Strong background in protein, or food & beverage industries
  • Proven experience working with branded products, distributors, chefs, and retailers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across international markets
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing and executing sales and market plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Based in the UAE or willing to travel extensively across the region
