Aspire is partnering with an internationally renowned business intelligence provider. Working with clients including global corporations and governments, providing business intelligence and market intelligence solutions to allow them to make key commercial and strategic decisions.
The Account Manager will be responsible for working with an established list of clients and delivering revenue through acquisition and growth. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing individual in your current position and you will have had previous new business experience either as an SDR or BDR. Having proved yourself in sales you're looking for an opportunity to join a high-performing team and to own your own book of business.
The Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and sustain relationships with clients through new business acquisitions and the expansion of existing contracts.
- Strategically plan and execute the sale of additional services to current accounts while maintaining a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Cultivate enduring strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders to secure annual renewals of business contracts.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, collaborating with sales support teams and internal resources as necessary.
- Identify and address risks within assigned accounts, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to propose effective solutions.
The Account Manager will have the following experience:
- Over 3 years of sales expertise, including proactive cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Previous experience in account management, with proficiency in up-selling and cross-selling.
- Demonstrated success in securing new business contracts through effective cold-calling strategies.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas and achieving outstanding results.
- Emphasis on accountability, positivity, and integrity, coupled with the ability to identify client challenges and collaboratively devise innovative solutions with both colleagues and clients.
