Client Success Specialist
Business Intelligence
$70,000-$75,000 + $25,000+ OTE and amazing benefits
New York (Hybrid Role - 2 Days a week in the office)

Aspire is partnering with an internationally renowned business intelligence provider. Working with clients including global corporations and governments, providing business intelligence and market intelligence solutions to allow them to make key commercial and strategic decisions.

The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for working with an established list of clients and delivering revenue through retention. You will have a solution-first mindset to ensure all accounts are in good health, and an inquisitive nature to uncover opportunities.

The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for:
- Cultivate senior relationships with crucial clients, supporting account teams in meeting client expectations, and quarterly reviews, and ensuring positive renewal outcomes.
- Monitor account health, including product usage, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction, identifying concerns and potential growth opportunities for positive renewal results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Conduct onboarding and training for new clients and users, and deliver to key user groups and customers. Utilize data and client sentiment to enhance the voice of the customer across the business.
- Showing exceptional client service by consistently seeking client feedback that will allow for the improvement of solutions and continued client satisfaction.

The Client Success Specialist will have the following experience:
- Previous Client Service, Account Management, or Sales experience in a B2B Subscription environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- You'll have a commercial mindset to be able to identify opportunities within your clients for potential upsells and renewals that can be shared with the Sales team.
