$60,000-$80,000 base salary, $100,000-$120,000 OTE + great benefits

Aspire is partnering with an International Market Research Platform provider. As a result of significant investment and business performance, they are looking for a Business Development Representative to join the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of intellectual curiosity, a hunger for success, and the ability to manage time effectively. With a strong interest in being part of a rapidly expanding company, you will demonstrate gravitas and mental agility when presenting sophisticated solutions.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for

• Identify and engage prospective clients across a range of sectors, including infrastructure operators, technology providers, advisory firms, and investment entities
• Collaborate with internal marketing and research teams to align sales initiatives with current market insights
• Consistently achieve or exceed activity goals through proactive outreach and business development activities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver timely sales reports and forecasts

The Business Development Representative will have the following experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, to either PE fund/Investors and/or DC operators/ cloud and IT infrastructure providers.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
