Are you passionate about delivering seamless, high-impact events? We're looking for a Conference Producer to join a leading international B2B events organization.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized conferences here in the US, across key global industries. With full autonomy this role offers great work life balance for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Project managing 12+ high-profile B2B conferences annually
* Own and deliver all logistics from pre-event planning to post-event reporting
* Build and maintain professional relationships with venues, suppliers, speakers, sponsors, and delegates
* Coordinate supplier communications for AV, catering, branding, accommodation, and more
* Negotiate venue contracts and ensure events stay aligned with KPIs and budget
* Act as the primary internal liaison across departments
* Travel for site visits and be on-site to lead event delivery

You'll have the following experience:
* Proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously, preferably in B2B conferences
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills
* Strong communication skills-confident dealing with senior stakeholders
* Positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
