Aspire is working with a cutting-edge marketing platform company that is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join the team on a contract basis to take their presence in the Americas region to the next level. This position is looking for a candidate that is based in the East Coast region.
The Field Marketing Manager will:
* Develop and execute impactful field marketing campaigns to generate a high-quality pipeline for the commercial team.
* Cultivate an understanding of the complete process for monitoring the sales funnel, overseeing lead score management, and analyzing operational metrics to consistently deliver insights to the organization.
* Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure efficient follow-up and conversion of MQLs into closed deals.
* Manage campaigns targeting existing clients, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling additional products.
* Working alongside the global Head of PR & Partnerships to create opportunities with the outcome to raise brand awareness within the America's region.
* Act as the marketing advocate within the region, guarantee the commercial team is well-informed regarding the marketing strategy and roadmap, possess appropriate sales support resources, and instill enthusiasm within the team.
The Field Marketing Manager will have:
* 5+ years of experience working within a marketing role focused on either B2B or B2C.
* Experience running multi-channel performance marketing campaigns such as PPC, paid search, email, PR, and social media.
* Deep understanding of CRM and analytical tools such as Salesforce, Marketo,
* Can find creative solutions to complex problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Able to multi-task projects and optimizing for time efficiency.
* Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for the brand or industry, showcase business acumen and commercial awareness, while excelling in the cultivation of valuable stakeholder relationships.
