Marketing and New Business Manager.

As the Marketing Manager will support the consultancy's new business and marketing efforts, helping to attract new clients. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this role involves identifying prospects, developing PR and marketing plans, and producing communications.

The Role

• Supporting the development of the company's marketing strategy to attract new clients and grow revenues
• Identifying prospective clients and building a sales prospecting pipeline
• Creating and maintaining the CRM database
• Developing content and marketing communications materials
• Work closely with customers and their media agencies to drive positive change
• Supporting the production of credentials presentations
• Assisting with new business proposals and pitches

The Candidate

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, new business, or growth roles, ideally in a media agency, marketing consultancy, or media owner environment
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering results
• Understanding of the media landscape and how media impacts brand and business outcomes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver on multiple tasks
• A collaborative, proactive approach and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Experience with CRM or customer database tools is a plus
