The Marketing Executive Role will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain the marketing plan per event
• Manage the event marketing budget
• Copy writing that aligns with each brand
• Ensure each event has a website, building and maintain via a templated tool
• Develop event branding and message
• Set up email campaigns and select appropriate campaign data
• Develop and fulfil social media campaigns - organic and paid
• Create or commission banners and adverts as required
• Organize event brochures and marketing content pieces
• Drive delegate and entry acquisition plans
• Onsite support - social media efforts, working with press, photographer
• Develop media partnerships
• Monitor and report on analytics from websites, email etc.

The Marketing Executive possesses the following:

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Copywriting experience
• Knowledge of the events industry is a plus
• Experience using Pardot, Adobe Premier, or Canva
• Work closely with the sales, production and editorial teams
• Initiative - proactive and able to work independently
