About the Role

We're working with a fast-growing digital platform in the online competitions space, running high-volume campaigns across tech, collectibles, and experience-based prizes.

They're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their team and take ownership of paid media campaigns across multiple channels. This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth business where you'll have real impact on performance, strategy, and campaign execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across PPC and paid social

• Manage campaign performance across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads

• Analyse campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

• Work across the full funnel - from awareness through to conversion

• Collaborate with creative teams to brief and develop campaign assets

• Monitor, report, and continuously improve campaign performance

• Support email and push notification campaigns to drive engagement and conversions

• Test new ideas, channels, and strategies to maximise ROI

What We're Looking For

• Around 2-3 years' experience in performance marketing or digital marketing

• Strong hands-on experience with paid media (PPC & paid social)

• Experience managing and optimising campaign budgets

• Confident analysing performance data and making data-driven decisions

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SEO and email marketing

• Experience in eCommerce, gaming, or digital platforms

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads
