Marketing Strategy & Performance Manager
Partnering with a leading UK healthcare provider transforming patient access and delivering NHS and private services.
The client is transforming their marketing function to drive growth, improve patient access, and deliver measurable commercial impact. I am seeking a Marketing Strategy & Performance Manager to lead B2B and B2C marketing strategy, embed performance measurement, and provide a single source of truth for marketing effectiveness across the patient and referrer journey.
About the Role:
You will be the strategic and performance engine - setting direction, measuring impact, enabling scale, and ensuring marketing investment drives growth. This role combines strategy, analytics, insight, and performance management to ensure marketing investment delivers maximum impact while reducing reliance on manual activity and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain a marketing performance and ROI framework, providing clear visibility of outcomes across channels.
- Establish a single source of truth for insight into patient and referrer journeys, campaign effectiveness, and spend efficiency.
- Lead and manage senior marketing leads across B2B, B2C, Events/Post-Op, and Marketing Operations.
- Consolidate and manage agency relationships, moving to a smaller number of high-accountability partners.
- Drive automation, AI, and scalable marketing practices to increase output without adding headcount.
- Ensure marketing activity is integrated across brand, digital, content, events, and operations.
- Provide actionable insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders to optimise marketing investment.
- Embed patient focus and company values in all marketing strategy and performance decisions.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with 8yrs+ in marketing strategy, performance, analytics, or commercial marketing, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceutical.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing models and customer journeys.
- Proven experience with KPIs, dashboards, ROI frameworks, CRM (Salesforce preferred), digital analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders or specialist leads in multi-site or regulated environments.
- Excellent commercial, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
