Performance Marketing Senior Executive - Paid Social

$80,000 to 85,000 a year + Full Benefits

Aspire is partnered with an Independent Media and Comms Agency showing exciting growth, looking to expand their USA presence, hiring a Performance Marketing Senior Executive to activate and optimize Paid Social campaign for key accounts in online betting, sports and gaming.
The Performance Marketing Senior Executive will be responsible for:
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook/Instagram ads
- Support the Marketing Manager with strategy insights
- Ensure all activity is tracked and provide quality insights from data
- Deliver strategy and results to internal teams and clients
- Run A/B tests to improve KPIs
- Track and report all analytics
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in executing high performance Paid Social campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager
- Proficiency with analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL preferred (or other programming languages)
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
- Exposure to online betting, sports and gaming preferred
- BA/BS
