Customer Success Manager

Events Specialist

$70k Base Salary

United States - Remote

This is an opportunity to join the accounts team for a thought leadership-focused marketing services firm with a global presence. This company works with B2B Technology companies to provide them with healthy sales pipelines through custom events and online demand generation programs. The Accounts Manager will be the primary point of contact for several North American customer accounts. This person will need to work closely with the marketing and sales staff and our India-based delivery team to ensure clear communication and superior service. This person will ultimately be responsible for keeping customers well-informed about the work on their behalf, and for keeping the delivery team well-informed about customer needs.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:

  • Reporting to delivery team leadership in India
  • Being the primary point of contact for 7-10 US-based customer accounts
  • Collaborating with delivery team to continuously improve the performance of outbound prospecting campaigns run on behalf of customers
  • Always knowing exactly where the company stands with each customer, and have a point of view on how we can improve with each
  • Improving on-boarding processes and implement success programs
  • Mediating between customers and delivery teams
  • Resolving customer requests promptly
  • Minimize customer churn
  • Driving weekly status calls to discuss strategies and communicate value from the program
  • Increasing wallet share by identifying challenges and recommending solutions

The Customer Success Manager will possess the following:

  • 6-8 years experience in a similar account manager/customer success or complex project management role for a SaaS or services company
  • Comfortable using Google productivity tools including Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.
  • Strong active listening skills and an aptitude for taking in, understanding, and synthesizing new information
  • Highly organized
  • Pays attention to detail and nuance
  • Clear, concise oral and written communications
