The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing post-sale execution of campaign offerings through various media channels.
• Leading multiple brand partner project timelines/deadlines, creative asset management, and campaign onboarding
• Reporting and monitoring live campaign activity and problem solve any challenges that may arise
• Supporting the account management team in the delivery of post campaign analytics and relationship development
• Communicating brand partner needs with internal senior team members
• Supporting in the development of internal and external documentation
• Coordinating and managing deliveries with the warehouse operations team
• Participating in product calls and provide feedback where relevant
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
