Position - Event Marketing Manager
Location - Remote (U.S.-based, with travel required)
Compensation - $80k-$85k Base Salary

A leading media and events organization in the education sector is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for high-profile, leadership-focused events. This role is responsible for driving attendee acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness across B2B audiences. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in event marketing and a passion for managing campaigns from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost attendance and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all print, digital, and live event channels.
- Collaborate with content teams, event leaders, and external agencies on campaign strategy.
- Manage timelines, creative development, and content delivery across channels.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and audience insights.
- Support website updates and digital marketing optimization.
- Oversee agency relationships and onsite event marketing execution.
- Develop and manage email and social media strategies aligned with campaign goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in events, trade shows, or media.
- Proven success in attendee acquisition through multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management, writing, and creative direction skills.
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel several times per year.
- Experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
