Our client is a prominent events and entertainment organizer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With a rich history of successful big projects, they strive to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients and audiences.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Managing Directors and CEO, acting as a crucial point of contact between management and external partners. Your exceptional organizational skills and prior experience in executive support will enable you to efficiently manage information flow, maintain essential calendars, and coordinate meetings when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the Managing Directors, CEO, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
  • Maintain and organize the schedules of the Managing Directors and CEO, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to optimize their time.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, organizing and distributing it as required.
  • Facilitate meetings, both internal and external, ensuring all necessary resources are available and documentation is prepared in advance.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents in both Arabic and English, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Establish strong and lasting relationships with clients to foster mutual trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting top-level executives.
  • Demonstrated outstanding organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent (written & spoken) in both Arabic and English are essential to facilitate seamless communication within the organization and with external partners.
  • Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools for efficient work management.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude to handle unforeseen challenges and changing priorities in a busy environment.
