Aspire is working with a leading events company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics (MSD). This role involves developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing MSD-related processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Oversee MSD-related tasks, including sponsorship transfers, visa processing, and compliance with Saudi labour laws.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, establish talent pipelines, and implement performance management systems.
  • Foster positive employee relationships, address grievances, and develop initiatives to enhance engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies while mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data administration.
  • Develop and oversee HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions align with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, including a minimum of 2 years in an MSD-related role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MSD regulations, sponsorship transfers, and visa processing.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges effectively.
