Aspire is partnering with a Global D2C Technology Brand who are scaling the US business with several key strategic hires. They are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to help grow their US brand through Influencer and Content Marketing channels.

The US is the brand's fastest-growing territory globally and the Influencer Marketing Manager will drive positive brand exposure across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Podcasts.

The Influencer Marketing Manager's responsibilities will include:
* Oversee relationships among individuals of influence, representatives, and networks, spanning diverse sectors of online social engagement.
* Ensure the effectiveness of ROI on promotional activities, gauged by revenue from sales and cost per acquisition (CPA).
* Keeping up-to-date on emerging platforms and trends to detect new techniques for marketing through content creators.
* Closely monitor performance metrics and propose strategies for enhancement-contributing to the maintenance of an innovative approach aimed at maximizing sales.
* Devise tailored discussion points grounded in the public image, demeanor, and target audience of a persona.
* Evaluate content such as scripts and various creative materials, including email marketing messages and social media updates.
* Conduct analysis and own objectives aimed at enhancing sales and boosting conversions.

The Influencer Marketing Manager will have the following experience:
* Previous experience working for a D2C brand.
* The ability to utilize data and create meaningful insights to make strategic decisions.
* A passion for Influencer and Creator marketing, you'll be up to date with all current trends.
* The ability to think outside the box and create new ideas and strategies.
