Performance Marketing Manager

Events Specialist

$80,000 - $85,000 Base Salary

United States - Remote

This is an opportunity to join the marketing team for a thought leadership-focused marketing services firm with a global presence. This company works with B2B Technology companies to provide them with healthy sales pipelines through custom events and online demand generation programs. As a performance marketer, you will be charged with building, managing and optimizing inbound campaigns that create a consistent flow of qualified prospects that the sales team can convert into new customers.

The Performance Marketing Manager Role will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with marketing team in India to create and run effective inbound marketing programs.
  • Understanding the business, differentiators, use cases and buyer personas and incorporate that knowledge into effective inbound campaigns.
  • Writing, editing and approving all copy that will appear in posts, ads or landing pages.
  • Configuring and optimizing both paid and organic inbound campaigns in each relevant performance marketing channel including search and social.
  • Being accountable for the prospect journey all the way to capturing and qualifying the lead information that we convert to a sales meeting.
  • Running campaigns to a cost per acquisition benchmark.
  • Knowing how each campaign is performing every day and have a plan for improving that performance.

The Performance Marketing Manager will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 4-8 years of experience in performance marketing for a services or SaaS company.
  • A detailed understanding of the implications of shifting data privacy regulations for how to collect data and target audiences.
  • A willingness and ability to work across functions, departments and time zones (India) to execute programs.
  • Understanding how to apply content marketing as an integral part of inbound performance marketing campaigns.
