Aspire are partnering with an award-winning global cloud security business, who are looking to scale their US business arm.
On the back of significant growth they are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead their Direct Sales Team. With an international presence and a client list of some of the biggest brands in their industries, this a great opportunity for the right candidate.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Coaching and developing the Direct Sales team members to achieve continued success,
- Demonstrating a proactive and consultative sales approach to sell cloud services and messaging solutions,
- Showing excellent commercial awareness by engaging with senior client stakeholders and key decision makers to influence long-term business strategy,
- Continuously working on growing relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure long lasting relationships,
- Proactively managing your pipeline of business to enable effective forecasting and utilization of resources,
- Leading by example as a role model for the team
The successful applicant for the Sales Manager will have;
- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring others,
- Experience in selling complex and technical solutions,
- A commercial mindset, with a track record of overachieving against sales targets,
- Strong communication and relationship building skills to nurture new business,
- A passion to learn and constantly learn
