Location: New York City - Hybrid (2 days per week in-office)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our client's NYC-based team and help drive the next phase of growth for the company. If you're a motivated marketer with experience in B2B event marketing and a track record of success, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level. This role offers the chance to grow into a director-level position within 12-18 months, while working with a high-energy team focused on delivering impactful results.

Marketing Strategy Collaboration:

• Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to meet strategic and financial objectives.
• Communicate the marketing strategy clearly to the broader team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign success.

Audience Acquisition:

• Partner with the VP of Marketing to build and expand our subscriber list and social media presence.
• Drive audience growth by hitting growth targets and managing affiliate partnerships.
• Develop brand awareness and manage digital ad spending.

Design & Brand:

• Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and tone of voice across all marketing channels.
• Support creative aspects of the brand and oversee email, social media copywriting, and website presentation.

Data Reporting & Analysis:

• Provide data-driven recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team to improve marketing efforts.
• Track marketing metrics, conversion rates, and web analytics, and make actionable recommendations.
• Analyze ongoing marketing activity to maximize ROI and work with the Marketing Manager to optimize campaigns.

Experience & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing programs from planning to execution.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to execute methodically and meet deadlines with foresight and planning.
