**This role is located in Mechanicsburg, PA and is in office. Please do not apply if you don't live in Pennsylvania or are not willing to commute/relocate.

Aspire are working with a Digital Marketing Agency experiencing exciting growth and who are looking for talent to support this growth. The Affiliate Manager will report to the Director of Affiliate Marketing and oversee the day-to-day management of affiliate partner accounts.

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for:

• Building relationships with affiliates through regular contact with potential and current affiliates
• Using company resources, social media and established affiliate referrals to prospect and recruit new affiliates
• Maintain communications with affiliates to document and relay important information such as start and end dates, pricing, limits on traffic, etc.
• Negotiate payment terms, requirements of payments, and remittance dates as well as collect all legal documentation
• Work laterally across internal departments to provide affiliate support

The Affiliate Manager will have the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing or business preferred
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and manage internal/external business relationships
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office, especially Excel
• Works well on a team and is self-motivated
