Aspire are working with an Independent Media Company experiencing exciting growth and who are looking for talent to support this growth. The Business Development Manager will need to have a firm understanding of the digital landscape and manage the entire sales process from start to finish.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Selling commerce solutions, content, and media campaigns across the suite of properties and capabilities
• Building a healthy book of business for long-term and repeat business
• Coordinating with internal cross-function teams such as Content, Affiliate, Data, and Ad Operations
• Managing accurate timelines and delivery of sponsorship campaigns
• Creating plans to meet and exceed all budget goals

The Business Development Manager will have the following experience:

• 2 - 5 years' experience in affiliate marketing with publisher experience or content publisher experience preferred.
• Experience with WordPress, Asana, Google Analytics, performance tracking solutions, and affiliate networks
• CRM platform experience such as Booster or Salesforce
• Ability to oversee multiple projects, stay organized and abide under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate closely with a confident, process-driven team
