Our client is Australia's oldest continuously operating agriculture company in Northern Australia. They are seeking a drivenBusiness Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing partnerships with the company's client's Middle East distributor network and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with a portfolio of Middle East clients.
  • Run the regional Branded Beef strategy and support the delivery of sales and distribution targets.
  • Support marketing activities and activations as directed by management.
  • Implement sales initiatives and joint business plans with distributors.
  • Manage inventory to optimize production and customer allocation.
  • Maximize brand visibility and placement across channels and customers.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key customers in the region.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Serve as a communication link between our client and key partners.
  • Deliver training and education on our client's products to distributors.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B industry in Dubai.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales plans.
  • Familiarity with branded product representation and sales in the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East markets and ability to identify emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven sales background with experience in new business development.
  • Demonstrated network of contacts within the premium F&B and retail sectors.
  • Knowledge of sales theories and practices.
  • Ability to represent the brand at all levels.
