Aspire is working with an Independent Performance Marketing Platform that works that has seen significant growth. They are looking to make several key hires to the team to support this continued growth and are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for leading the entire sales process focusing on driving new and existing business.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for:
* Supporting lead generation efforts for the sales team
* Researching and identifying potential prospects
* Communicating through calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospective clients
* Booking qualified meetings on behalf of the sales team
* Achieving activity metrics and KPIs to help support the continued growth of the business

The Business Development Representative will have the following experience:
* An understanding of the current digital advertising ecosystem
* 1+ years of Sales experience in a BDR or SDR role
* Proven track record of working in a target-driven environment
* You'll be a resourceful, selfless, and driven team player with a positive attitude
* Organized and able to work on your autonomy
