$85,000 - $95,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Work with our commercial teams to develop programs to support our trade partners and build brand growth.
• Provide commercial colleagues will all tools required to represent our brands with distinction and stand out from the competition on a day-to-day basis.
• Be a local brand activation expert with regards to driving best-in-class execution with select customers. You will be the 'hands-on' champion of both planning and execution. Paying attention to detail and processes required to ensure campaign objectives are met internally and with the customer and owning the execution.
• Work with other functions to drive retail excellence across the channel, in line with customer needs and brand guidelines. Ranging from customer-specific merchandising and planograms to promotional POS to communicate a campaign or NPD.
• Work with Customer Channel Director to build local brand activation plans; including support of the portfolio, NPD launches, and promotional programs to deliver against the brand, financial, and KPI goals set for the NA Market.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level in business/marketing
  
  
• 5+ years of brand activation/trade marketing experience
