Key Accountabilities:

* Proactively sourcing leads and following up with inbound inquiries to maximise face-to-face sales opportunities.
* Effectively managing key accounts with a focus on the customer experience to ensure high satisfaction.
* Adapting sales techniques to client needs to build relevant packages tailored to client objectives.
* Collaborating with sales and marketing departments to improve processes and operate as a team to achieve revenue targets.
* Market research and analysis to stay on top of industry trends and developments to improve sales approaches.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

* Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Proven experience in B2B conference and exhibition selling space.
* 2-4 years of senior experience in a commercially-minded role with a focus on selling exhibition and conference space.
* Job-Specific Skills: Excellent sales ability, experienced in pipeline generating as well as sales planning and forecasting.
* Behavioural Competencies: Customer-centric approach, respectful, and resilient.
