Delegate Sales Executive.

Our client is seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to join their expanding team, located in Manhattan. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with key stakeholders within their growing portfolio, encompassing Market & World-leading events in the fields of Private Markets, Infrastructure, and ESG.

The ideal candidate is passionate about networking and forging deep client connections. They excel in cultivating partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of event programs
• Conduct research to identify potential prospects and engage in cold calling to convert them into event attendees
• Foster lasting client relationships through effective phone communication
• Maintain daily data management and pipeline updates while keeping stakeholders informed
• Collaborate with other departments to convert inbound leads into event registrations
• Meet and manage daily KPIs, as defined by management
• Provide support to delegates throughout the registration process

Qualities We Seek:

• Self-motivated individuals driven by a thirst for continuous learning
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Track record of achieving and surpassing targets
• Possess a confident and professional demeanor in both written and verbal communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in B2B phone sales or corporate sales is highly desirable
• Proficiency in IT skills, including the Microsoft Suite
• Exceptional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• While not mandatory, an interest in private markets and alternative investing would be a plus!
