Our client, a fast-growing, full-service exhibit and event display provider with a national and international footprint, is seeking a Director of Design and Display to lead the creative and production vision across their U.S. and Latin American operations. With facilities across the US and South America, our client supports global brands at trade shows, conventions, and experiential marketing events.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned and hands-on creative leader to join a company that values innovation, craftsmanship, and people-first leadership. The ideal candidate will drive design excellence, build scalable systems, and play a key role in the company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Creative Strategy: Set the national creative direction for exhibit and display projects.
• Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate closely with business development to create compelling, revenue-driving design solutions.
• Standardize & Scale: Create systems and processes that ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across multiple facilities.
• Own Project Delivery: Oversee high-profile builds from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and client expectations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide design and production teams; foster collaboration, accountability, and creativity.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and elevate the company's design and display offerings.
