$75k-$85k Base Salary + Bonus

New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office)

This is an amazing opportunity to join a well-established and award-winning media and events company. The company has seen rapid growth over the last few years and the focus now is on expanding the US business, with impressive growth plans for the next three years. Our client is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager for their New York office, which currently has around 60 employees and plans to grow this year.

What You'll Do:
The Event Marketing Manager will develop and execute effective marketing plans and programs to support the sales and revenue goals of a launch event. Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget. Project manage speaker submissions and content, speaker selection, and overall experience with a customer-focused mindset. Strategize, build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive an effective event including promotion and follow-up through email marketing, paid and organic media, and other channels as you see fit.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a marketing database of contacts and actively contribute to inputting new contacts.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for a new event launch in collaboration with the Event Director and marketing team.
• Create campaigns focused on new client acquisition, including crafting messaging, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing marketing plans and strategies to identify areas for improvement that drive conversions.
• Manage the design and creative process for all marketing materials, ensuring they align with the event's branding and messaging.
• Collaborate with partners to develop marketing campaigns, lead-generation strategies, and compelling materials for all revenue streams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proven track record of building and managing a marketing database.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs.
• Understanding and experience utilizing digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Experience in event promotion with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
