Aspire is working with a global CPG brand that is looking for a Marketing Director to own and grow their Consumer Channel. With a consumer-first mindset, the Marketing Director will lead the team responsible for offline activities

The Marketing Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the Consumer Marketing strategy for the brand.
- Identify and execute both in-person and virtual consumer events to showcase the brand and build community.
- Build and lead the influencer marketing strategy to amplify reach and impact of the brand.
- Managing the consumer marketing budget to achieve ROI goals and strategic objectives.

The Marketing Director will have the following experience:
- A strong track record with Consumer Marketing and Brand Activation.
- Proven experience planning and executing consumer events across multiple levels.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- The ability to manage partnerships and influencer campaigns.
