Providing unparalleled events with industry-leading speakers as well as inspirational digital content, our client creates a unique marketplace for the healthcare community leading the dialogue and development of a new health ecosystem.

We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to join the team and lead our marketing strategy across our partner ecosystem. As part of the strategy, this person will own all partner marketing communication, manage relationships with media partners, and help drive awareness and promotion of our sponsors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communications plans for strategic partners and sponsors involved in a portfolio of annual events.
• Identify and cultivate key media relationships by sourcing a database of relevant journalists, editors, bloggers, influencers, and both traditional and new media outlets.
• Manage media relationships with an emphasis on mutually-beneficial outcomes within our events and digital initiatives.
• Draft website copy including key strategic partner messaging and narratives, while sustaining a cohesive tone of voice.
• Liaise with key account sponsor stakeholders and align their respective marketing goals within the holistic marketing strategy.
• Track performance metrics and audit reports that demonstrate growth in media relationships and published media mentions.
• Audit and select PR tech stack that can help accelerate goals.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in a communications, public relations, agency, content, or marketing role. Events industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable developing detailed project plans and speaking with executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience creating whimsical copy while delivering message continuity through end-to-end storytelling.
• Brings bold, new fresh ideas that push creativity.
• Proven track record in team building and creating opportunities for collaboration.
• Excellent personal communications skills, verbal and written required.
• Comfortable presenting publicly and speaking in front of senior professionals.
