Base Salary $130,000 - $170,000+ uncapped commission

Aspire are working with an award-winning Risk Intelligence Platform who are looking for Sales Director to join their growing team and drive revenue growth within the Government sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

The Sales Director will be to:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Government market.
- Identify and qualify potential clients and target accounts within the Government sector.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead follow-up, and networking activities.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Track and report on sales progress, pipeline development, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to achieve sales objectives.

The Sales Director will have the following experience:
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the Government sector and key decision-makers.
- Experience selling SaaS, Intelligence, or Research subscription services, or similar complex solutions to senior executives.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
