Position: Sales Operations Coordinator
Company: Events and Media Specialist
Compensation:
$60k Base + Bonus
Location:
United States (Remote)

Aspire is partnering with a global event and media specialist known for hosting large-scale conferences, tradeshows, and digital events across diverse industries such as energy, defense, technology, and retail. They operate internationally, connecting professionals through in-person and digital platforms. The company is recognized for its ability to drive business growth and industry innovation by combining networking opportunities with business intelligence, media properties, and data services.

Responsibilities:

  • Admin Support: Manage databases, handle calls and emails professionally, and assist with expense reporting and billing.
  • Sales Coordination: Help prepare contracts, tackle billing issues, and keep track of sales orders.
  • Data Management: Keep our CRM system in tip-top shape and analyze sales data for insights.
  • Event Coordination: Organize sales meetings and ensure everything runs flawlessly.
  • Salesforce Management: Order entry and amending orders.
  • Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and enhance sales collateral and presentation materials.

Skills:

  • Organization: Proficient in managing tasks and schedules efficiently.
  • Communication: Articulate and adept at effective communication with both colleagues and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in identifying and addressing important details.
  • Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities concurrently with ease.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and maintaining punctuality for meetings and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous administrative or similar role, preferably in media or sales.
  • Data Management: Salesforce expertise.
  • Sales Support: Understand the basics of sales processes and contracts.
  • Analytical Skills: Crunch numbers and spot trends.
  • Event Coordination: Experience in organizing meetings or events a plus.
  • Billing Knowledge: Familiarity with billing processes is a bonus.
